Does it happen to you? Your recipe calls for 2 teaspoons of tomato paste. What do you do with the rest? Freeze it! Staples like pesto, tomato sauce and paste, chocolate sauce, and others can freeze very well. Don’t waste the unused portions. Put in ice trays and when frozen transfer to a freezer bag. This works well with beans too. Clean them and rinse, pat dry, and freeze in freezable containers. These will be fresh and ready whenever you need! Don’t waste anything!
