We carry our trusty re-usable water bottles wherever we go to keep us hydrated. If not cleaned properly, they build up bacteria from our mouths. Keep yours clean and safe daily by filling with a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water.  Add a few drop of dish soap and let soak for 15 minutes. Rinse and wipe off. If there is a straw connected use a large pipe cleaner to clean it. Let air dry. Do this at night so it’s ready in the morning when you are!
