Dust mites can’t survive in freezing temperatures so to rid them in your home, place blankets, and bedspreads on a porch or hanging up outdoors in temperatures below 32° for several hours so you and your family will sleep without them! Keeping the humidity level in your home to 35%-40% will do the trick too as dust mites are made of 80% water so they need water to thrive! This is especially important for allergy sufferers.
