I know Thanksgiving is almost 2 weeks away, BUT if your stuffing comes out soggy and mushy, remember this tip: spread it in a single layer in a greased baking sheet (use 2 if needed). Bake at 200° until the edges begin to brown, 20-40 minutes. You can also transfer the stuffing into a waffle iron or griddle set to the lowest setting. (But who wants to wash those on Thanksgiving!!)
