If you are bothered, like I am, that plastic wrap clings to itself and is very difficult to restart, store it in the refrigerator. The cool temperature helps the wrap stay firm thus making it easier to pull out without sticking to itself or bunching up. If your difficulty is keeping the wrap from clinging to itself after you’ve pulled off a piece, lightly mist the bowl or container with a little water before covering. This moisture neutralizes the static and gives the wrap something smooth to grab onto.
