Believe it or not, white wine can remove a red wine stain! Make sure the fabric is washable, and then pour a small amount of white wine on your red wine stain and blot with a clean cloth. After you have blotted as much of the red wine as possible, treat the stain with a fabric stain remover and then launder as usual. The stain should have disappeared!
