This would be a good week to get extra coupon inserts from friends, neighbors, etc because there will be 4 coupon sections in Sunday 7-31-11 newspapers! If you would like a preview I have listed the coupons that are in my newspaper (northern NJ) for your reference. Remember, each newspaper and locale have slightly different versions of the coupons and values. But this should help if you are compiling your shopping list.
