Tip of the Day: Freeze Grated Cheese

I always freeze grated cheese and even shredded cheese (think frozen pizza!) to make it last longer especially if I bought it on sale! If you buy in bulk, make smaller size packages using freezer bags. You will never run out of cheese this way!
