Tip of the Day: Natural Breath Fresheners

There are many products to keep breath minty fresh, however, sometimes they are not available or you would like to clean your breath naturally. Here are a few that will do the trick: parsley (see there is a reason it is used for garnish!) and if possible (not unless you are near the spice cabinet) parsley seeds are even better! Warm salted water can be used as a mouth rinse, apples loosen food stuck in your teeth thus keeping breath fresher, mint sprigs, berries, melons, and if you eat plain yogurt twice a day you will get a more permanent result.
