The rubber in sneakers will react to extreme hot or cold temperatures. This is especially true when left in your car. The rubber will warp and this means your sneakers lose their ability to absorb the shock especially when you are working out. Also, let wet sneakers air dry. Do not put them in the dryer or on a radiator because the same loss will occur.
