It’s about that time to start Spring home improvement projects. If you encounter stuck or corroded screws, nuts, or bolts, get a bottle of hot sauce (or a packet from your take-out order!). Soak a paper towel in the hot sauce and wrap or cover the stubborn fastener for a few hours. The acid in the hot sauce will eat away at the rust and corrosion and it will be loose enough for you to remove it.
