If you love the way pastries and cakes look when they have been decorated with that extra touch of melted chocolate but dread the thought and mess of transferring the gooey confection into a pastry bag, try this: Place the un-melted chocolate into a sealed plastic bag. Now submerge this in a pot of the hot water for 5 minutes or as long as it takes for the chocolate to melt. Knead the bag gently. If needed, add more hot water. Next snip a small corner of the bag and drizzle to your heart’s content!
