If like mine, your onions and garlic sprout or rot before you can use them all. You can extend their life and their use to you by storing them in paper bags. Punch holes all around the bag, then fill halfway using a separate bag for each veggie. Label, close, and clip with a chip clip. The holes will allow just enough air in to stop the rotting.
