i Nothing tops a delicious dessert like homemade whipped cream. But, as happens to me most of the time, I make more than I need. So as not to waste this confection addition I freeze it. First, pipe dollops onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Next, transfer to a plastic freezer bag and put in the freezer. This will extend its life for up to 6 more weeks! Whenever a treat is on the table, add a dollop or 2 to it or to make a great coffee addition!!!
