It happens! In everyone’s rush to clean up, a cork gets tossed in the garbage. But, if you still have half a bottle of wine leftover you want to keep it fresh until next time. Microwave an unscented taper candle for 3 seconds. Just enough to soften the wax. Cut an inch off the bottom then stick the piece in the neck of the bottle. This should fit perfectly. When your ready for your next drink, the candle will pull out easily, just like a cork.
