Most of us have a glass coffeepot in our kitchen. After a time it becomes cloudy due to the limescale residue. To get yours sparkling again, drop a handful of pennies (start saving them!) and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar inside it. Let sit for a few minutes, then swirl the pot gently and repeatedly. Dump the pennies and vinegar mixture (save the pennies for the next time) and rinse the pot with boiling water. The pot will look like new because the pennies’ edges scraped away the residue while the vinegar dissolved it.
