If your phone, iPad, or other tech instruments won’t charge it’s probably because the charging port is gunked-up, not a tech malfunction! To clean the port, put your hair dryer on the coolest setting. Hold your phone, etc, port side down. Holding the dryer about 4 inches away while you jostle it back and forth so you can try to dislodge any dust or dirt. Now, take a toothpick (very gently) or a lightly alcohol-dampened cotton swab inside the port to rid any excess debris. You should be able to get your equipment charged now.
