Uh oh—after washing your jeans they suddenly don’t fit! Don’t panic. The washer and dryer may have played a dirty trick, but you can fight back. Slip the jeans on, then fill a spray bottle with lukewarm water and lightly mist the tight areas. Gently tug at the denim and do a few squats or lunges. The water softens the fabric, while your movements help loosen the fibers, stretching the denim back into a more comfortable fit.
