If you have resealed a tub or sink recently and have a half-filled tube of caulking left, don’t let it dry out! You can preserve it so it will be fresh and ready for your next use if you insert a plastic straw over the tip of the tube cutting it 1″-2″ longer than the tip. Next fold the straw over and secure with tape. This will seal out any air and the product won’t dry out.
