Tis the season to cook and bake. Messy splatters from frying add to the mix of trying to keep your kitchen clean and neat while loving preparing food and baked goods for all. To keep yourself free from splatter burns and your stovetop clean, cover your fry pan or skillet with an overturned metal colander. This allows the steam to escape but not the oils! CAUTION: the colander will be HOT so be sure to wear oven mitts when removing it.
