This would be a great start for a college education: The TD Bank Penny Arcade Anniversary Video Contest. Kids (from select states) ages 6-12 have the opportunity to win a $5,000.00 scholarship by simply saying what saving means to them! (Kind of like Art Linkletter’s classic show “Kids Say the Darndest Things”). The contest is open to individual legal residents of the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, and the District of Columbia who are of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years of age) with a child or legal ward between 6 and 12 years of age. Entries may only be submitted by a parent or legal guardian of a child or legal ward between 6 and 12 years of age.
