Tip of the Day: Cinnamon Sweetens Fishy Odors

The drawback to cooking fish is the odor left behind! A quick fix is to sprinkle some cinnamon (on top of aluminum foil so there is no clean up!) on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for about 10 minutes. The smell will be gone!
