Tip of the Day: Keep a Cast Dry While Showering

Here is a tip sent to me by a reader: when her mom broke her wrist she used the plastic newspaper bags to cover her cast when she showered. She would tighten the open end of the bag on her arm and put a piece of masking tape ( a rubber band will work too!) on it to hold it tight. Dispose after using, you will get another tomorrow!
