The U.S. Postal Service has proposed an increase on first-class stamps of 3¢ starting 1-26-14. A word to the wise, stock up on FOREVER stamps now!! You will pay the current price of 46¢ each, but these can be used, as their name suggests, forever, no matter what the current postal rate becomes.
