On Sunday, 1-27-13, First Class letter stamps will rise a penny to 46¢ for the first ounce and 66¢ for 2 ounce mail, and 33¢ for a postcard rate.  There will be increases across the board for all classes of mail and shipping services. I would suggest, if you can, to buy as many FOREVER stamps before this increase takes place. Remember, FOREVER stamps can be used forever no matter what the price has been increased to.
