The Holidays Are Right Around the Corner! Black Friday sales are starting earlier than ever this year! Stores are competing for your business; so many have already launched their deals.

Shopping early gives you first dibs on popular items before they sell out! Keep in mind that many Black Friday doorbusters are available in limited quantities and are designed to lure shoppers into stores. Why fight the lines, crowds, and chilly weather when you can shop from the comfort of home? With coupon codes and online-only specials, you can often find the same great deals without ever leaving your couch! If you shop early, be sure to check whether the retailer offers price adjustments. Stores like Target may honor a price adjustment if an item goes on sale shortly after your purchase, so you could save even more (it’s always worth checking each store’s current price-adjustment policy, since exclusions and time limits can apply). And don’t forget about Cyber Monday! Online deals will kick off on November 30th, so keep your eyes peeled for even more savings.

In the days following Halloween, satisfy your sweet tooth for less! Most major retailers slash candy prices by 50% or more, making it the perfect time to stock up. This year, shelves seem especially well-stocked, so there may be plenty of bargains to go around. Whether fewer kids are trick-or-treating or families are celebrating in different ways, one thing is certain: leftover Halloween candy can mean sweet savings! Grab those markdowns and put them to good use in your holiday baking, kids’ birthday parties, or when entertaining guests. Those Halloween treats can keep the sweetness going long after October 31st!

Veterans Day Sales are not too much to get excited about but they’re still worth checking out! Check the link for the full list that includes many specials for our military.

As temperatures begin to drop, demand for home services may slow down in some areas, giving you a chance to save on projects around the house. Contractors and other professionals may be more willing to negotiate their prices or offer seasonal discounts to keep business coming in. It’s worth shopping around, comparing quotes, and asking about current promotions in your area. A little research could help you get those home improvement projects done for less!

Cookware deals will be found due to the heavy holiday gatherings coming up. Shop for cutlery, flatware, and even small appliances. Turkey fryers are very popular! Don’t forget plastic containers for leftovers!!! This is the time of year you’ll get bargains.

Every mom wants her child to look their best during the holiday festivities! Baby and kids’ holiday outfits are now being featured both online and in stores. These are perfect for all those family gatherings and festive photos. Save big by shopping early, using sales and coupon codes, so even faraway friends and relatives can see your little ones looking their holiday best. CVS Photo and Walgreens are offering great specials on photo cards, gifts, and more. There are deals for sharing those precious holiday moments. Don’t forget to check my site for the latest coupon codes and extra savings!

Home improvement stores like Lowe’s and The Home Depot may offer special promotions in November to attract shoppers during a slower season. Keep an eye out for limited-edition tools and other unique finds that make great gifts or stocking stuffers. Some of these items may only be available during the holiday season, so grab them while you can! You’ll also find plenty of unique and hard-to-find holiday decorations hitting the shelves, with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas goodies all under one roof. And don’t overlook post-Halloween clearance deals! You may find decorations marked down at bargain prices that you can tuck away for next year!

Future brides now is the time to shop for THE dress. Many brides choose May or June for their ceremonies so November is a slow month, especially when there’s an excess of last season’s gowns, so you can find some beautiful dresses at reduced prices.

TVs big and small will be priced right, but prices will probably not stray too much throughout the holiday season. Off brands will get you the greatest savings. Wait until next year for name brands.

Check your supermarket for special promotions that offer a FREE turkey or holiday dinner when you spend a qualifying amount. With grocery bills adding up so quickly, you may already be close to meeting the requirements! Don’t need the extra food? Consider donating it to someone less fortunate who would truly appreciate it.

If you’re buying just a turkey, be aware that prices are a bit lower this year than last. Even so, with the cost of so many things on the rise, it pays to shop around and look for stores offering the most value for your money! Many have complete dinner offers too!

Start shopping early for nonperishable holiday ingredients so you won’t be disappointed or find yourself running from store to store searching for what you need. Look for sales on frozen foods, cake mixes, chocolate chips, evaporated milk, coconut, pie crusts, butter, cheese, refrigerated dough, pie fillings, frostings, dried fruits, oatmeal, soups and broth, marshmallows, gravy mixes, boxed stuffing, and canned pumpkin. In the produce department, keep an eye out for deals on Anjou pears, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, cranberries, kiwi, lemons, oranges, potatoes, squash, and yams. Don’t forget the nonfood essentials for holiday cooking! Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, disposable baking pans, and cookware may also be on sale. Whenever possible, combine coupons, many of which are now digital, with sale prices. And don’t overlook coupons for items that aren’t on sale; you may still find a worthwhile bargain!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving! Whether you’re celebrating virtually or gathering in person, may your day be safe, thankful, and filled with joy. Enjoy the moments that matter most and save wherever you can!
