Tip of the Day: Soothe Sunburn with Whole Milk
It’s Summer! We get burned by the sun when we are not careful. If this happens, soak a clean washcloth in a bowl of cold whole milk, then apply this compress to the area for 10 minutes. The milk works as well as expensive after-sun products because the milk’s proteins create a comforting veil over the overheated skin while the natural fats ease the tight, stingy feeling.
