Spring has officially sprung and so have some of the best apparel sales of the year! As the days get longer and flowers begin to bloom, it’s the perfect time to refresh your wardrobe with lighter layers, fresh colors, and on-trend styles. Whether you’re revamping your closet or hunting for pieces that take you from chilly mornings to sunny afternoons, now’s the time to shop smart and save big. Look online for Spring wardrobe staples that are being reduced to make room for Summer items like swimsuits, shorts, tanks, and tees. And don’t forget shoes and sandals! Retailers know many shoppers are browsing online, so they’re offering great deals on Spring styles, along with markdowns on winter apparel and footwear. As always, keep an eye out for FREE shipping!

May 4th is almost here, and you know what that means: it’s Star Wars Day, and the deals are out of this world! Whether you’re a lifelong Jedi, a Sith sympathizer, or just love a good bargain, this is your chance to score stellar savings on gear, gadgets, and apparel from a galaxy far, far away. From collectibles and tees to toys, movies, and hard-to-find memorabilia, you’ll find items popping up on or around May the Fourth (get it?). It’s the perfect time to grab something special, whether for yourself or the Star Wars fan in your life. So keep your eyes open for deals online and… well, everywhere else in the universe. May the savings be with you!

Mother’s Day is 5-10-26. Show your love and appreciation with a thoughtful gift (and some smart savings!). Flowers and jewelry are traditional Mother’s Day gifts, but once May 1 rolls around, prices on those items often jump in anticipation of the holiday. If you haven’t picked up a gift yet, it’s time to think outside the box and save some cash. Consider meaningful alternatives like a favorite meal, a thoughtful experience, or a personalized gift that won’t come with the holiday markup. With a little creativity, you can give Mom something she’ll truly love, without overspending. This year, retailers are rolling out amazing Mother’s Day sales on everything from jewelry and beauty products to tech gadgets and cozy home goods. Whether you’re shopping for your mom, grandma, aunt, or a special mother figure in your life, now’s the perfect time to find the perfect gift.

If your pots and pans have seen better days, this is a good time to think about replacing them. Retailers start gearing up for bridal season right around now, which often means Kitchenware gets more attention, and better pricing. In past years, we’ve even seen select kitchen gadgets go on sale in the days just before Mother’s Day, sometimes as early as that Friday, making it a smart window to keep an eye out for upgrades.

Spring cleaning season is in full swing and there’s no better time to refresh your home than during the classic May White Sales! Traditionally focused on bedding and linens, today’s white sales have expanded to include everything you need to create a cozy, stylish home and all at seriously discounted prices. If you’ve been dreaming of plush new towels, silky-soft sheets, or a complete bedroom makeover, now is the perfect time to stock up! The next best time to buy is during January white Sales.

Having trouble sleeping on an uncomfortable and lumpy mattress? Sleep better for less! If you’re in the market for a new mattress, May is an excellent time to buy. Retailers are offering significant discounts on a variety of mattress types, including memory foam, hybrid, and organic options.

Big-box stores often roll out solid discounts on furniture and home décor this time of year, especially as they clear space for seasonal collections. It’s a good time to keep an eye on sales if you’re thinking about refreshing a room, prices on larger pieces and accent décor can dip more than you’d expect.

You’re smart to think about buying an air conditioner now! If your AC wasn’t working well last year, it’s not likely to magically improve on its own this season. Spring is actually the perfect time to get it checked out or replaced before the Summer heat hits and repair schedules get backed up. Air conditioner prices will continue to jump as the weather temperatures climb and the demand is greater. If you’re installing central air or mini-split systems, scheduling service is much easier in Spring. If you are in need get one now!

National Hamburger Day is May 28. Look for savings at restaurants, food stores, and wherever you buy to find this American tradition for Summer that started in Germany! While specific promotions for 2026 haven’t been announced yet, based on previous years, you can expect deals from popular chains such as: Burger King, Wendy’s, Smashburger, White Castle, Arby’s, and Dave & Buster’s.

Barbecues and picnics are on the calendar this month! Get picnic supplies, outdoor furniture, garden games, and garden supplies on sale at the big online retailers like Amazon, Target, and Walmart. If you need a new grill, watch for advertised specials, typically grills are high priced now, but you may get a floor model or store special. Try The Home Depot they have FREE delivery too! Don’t forget lawn mowers! (before you buy a new mower, replace the stale gas from last year, if it is still inside, fresh gas may be all your mower needs!). Contact your town for proper disposal. Don’t over look leftover patio sets and garden equipment models that may have been reduced.

Gift card deals are one of those easy wins people often overlook. Around this time, you’ll sometimes see promos like discounted bundles when you buy multiple cards, percentage-off savings, or grocery store offers where purchasing specific gift cards earns you cash back or store credit toward your next shopping trip. It’s worth keeping an eye out, you can stretch your budget a little further just by timing it right. Whether its a gift for someone else or YOU it’s a great opportunity to save!

At the grocery store, look for Cinco de Mayo specials on tortilla chips, salsa, tortillas, margarita mixes, and more. Other sales will be on hot dogs, ground beef, buns, ketchup, mustard, pickles, BBQ sauce, relish, salad dressing, marinades, salad greens, chips, ice cream, frozen pies, bottled water, and soda so you can enjoy picnics and barbecues outdoor or inside. Since May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month, gluten-free foods will also be on sale. As for produce, you’ll find savings on artichokes, asparagus, avocados, beans, beets, blackberries, carrots, Vidalia onions, peas, potatoes, raspberries, and strawberries.

Grocery prices remain high in 2026, with staples like eggs, beef, and pork seeing significant increases. However, there are several strategies and current promotions that can help you save as prices continue to rise so if you are able to stock-up on non-perishable items, do so. If you’ve never considered joining a warehouse club store, think about it. You’ll find you can save lots. Look for new membership price specials. If you get too much of a surplus from your shopping you can split with another and they will appreciate the savings. You’ll be very glad next month when the prices may be even higher. Look for deals paper products that can be used all year long!

As the days get sunnier and longer, it’s a great time to get outside and enjoy it while you can and keep an eye out for seasonal deals along the way. Spring has a way of bringing both better weather and better opportunities to save if you know when to shop.
