Tip of the Day: Clean Knives with a Cork

If you’ve been cleaning your knives with a scrubber, you may be damaging the blades finish. Instead, use a cork! Carefully, with the blade facing down, rub the cork over the blade to remove any sticky reside. Next, rinse the knife with soapy water so it will sparkle!
