Tip of the Day: Lumpy Spuds?
Don’t let lumpy mashed potatoes spoil your Thanksgiving dinner presentation. If you have a ricer run them through it for smooth, lump-less spuds. If you don’t, use a whisk. If your mashed potatoes are gluey, add warm milk or cream or stock a little at a time folding gently to loosen the potatoes. If your potatoes are too thin, add some room temperature cream cheese. It will thicken while adding extra flavor!
