There is nothing more frustrating than trying to peel a hard boiled egg that’s shell won’t budge! Rather than destroying the egg completely, give each egg a gentle crack, then place them in a plastic food container along with some water. Cover and shake vigorously. The egg’s inner membrane will release as the shells shatter against each other. The shells should slide right off.
