Summer’s winding down, and school days are just around the corner!
Soon school buses will be rolling through the neighborhood again, don’t wait until the last minute to stock up. Start buying School Supplies now and save both time and money. If you’re lucky enough to already have a school supply list, shop early, whether online or in stores like Staples, Target, and your local supermarkets. Supermarkets often have the best bargains, and many accept coupons for even more savings! No list yet? No problem. Stick to the basics: pens, pencils, notebooks, and glue sticks, you can’t go wrong. And don’t forget backpacks and lunchboxes are on sale too, with the best selection available now. Grab what you need before the shelves are picked over!

Now’s the time to grab Beach and Pool Gear at a discount! Retailers are clearing out Summer stock, which means great deals on swimsuits, towels, toys, and more. You’ll still get plenty of use this season or you can save them for next year. If you’re lucky enough to have a pool, don’t forget to stock up on supplies like cleaning tools, pool chemicals, and replacement equipment. Prices are dipping just like the temps so shop now and save!

Air conditioners and Lawn Mower prices will be dropping just like the temperature! If you think this will be the last Summer for yours, or you want to get a new one, shop now for a good price. There are plenty of sunny days ahead to make use of them. Outdoor Furniture prices will be coming down this month too.

If you like camping and the outdoors, plan now for your Labor Day weekend. Because camping supplies can take up valuable real estate in stores so you’ll get the best prices on tents and outdoor gear as the stores clear their stock for the coming Winter activities.

Is a new car in your future? This could be the month you’ll make your dream a reality. Car dealers want to weed out their inventory so they’ll  have plenty of room for the 2026 models. Statistics show the first two days in the month of August will save you cash better than other days. Also, these two days count towards July’s quota for salesmen so they will be eager to help you.

Don’t forget the germ-fighters for school or home like Purell, Lysol, and Clorox. Summer supplies like sunscreen and bug spray, even charcoal, should be discounted too. Stock up on those you can!
