Tip of the Day: Rosemary Keeps Potatoes Fresh Longer

If you put a sprig of rosemary in your bag of potatoes they will stay fresh, not sprout, or shrivel because the antimicrobial compounds in rosemary will curb the growth of mold. I’ll have mine mashed!
