The well-known convenience chain 7-Eleven will host a FREE Slurpee Day on July 11 to celebrate their holiday! (get it 7-11)

Prime Day starts 7-08 through 7-11 . This is always a BIG hit for Amazon, but other retailers will not want to be outdone so they’ll offer competing sales this July to try to get in on the action. Target Deal Days is the bull’s-eye’s version of a Prime Day sale. This year, Target is stepping up its game and turning Deal Days into Target Circle Week, which will run from July 6-12. Like Target, Walmart is also taking a new approach for 2025. It’s reportedly hosting Walmart Deals from July 8 (members get a jump starting at 7 pm on 7-07 to compete with Amazon!

Kitchen appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and microwaves will be on sale at the mid point of the month. If your grill needs replacing, try to wait until after the 4th because you’ll find plenty of markdowns. As we approach the middle of the Summer, prices will dip on lawn mowers and other gardening supplies.

New Furniture inventory arrives in August. Furniture retailers are clearing space for their fresh deliveries, which means huge markdowns on floor models and overstock pieces. Now’s the perfect time to grab quality furniture at clearance prices before the new collections roll in! You can find a great bargain on these gems. If you are decorating, paint will be cheaper too, at most big retailers, during the first week of July.

From gym memberships to home workout gear, it’s a showdown of savings this July! Competing fitness brands are offering hot July specials on equipment, apparel, supplements, and more. Whether you’re training for gains or just getting started, now’s the time to flex your buying power! Also, opt for month-to-month gym membership so if a better deal comes along, you won’t be tied down.

The price of men’s suits and sports jackets goes down as the temperature goes up because most guys have shed their blazers and wool numbers for sport shirts and slacks. Also, since many of us are still working from home, the need to dress-up is definitely not required, so there is a large selection available. Summer clothing will be reduced too. There will still be plenty of warm days ahead to wear them, so grab some bargains! The remainder of the swimsuits and warm weather wear at most department stores will be discounted to make way for Fall fashions. But remember, the largest selections will be online.

The next FREE Kids Activity Kit day at most Home Depot Stores is on July 5.  These in-store events take place on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

National Ice Cream Day falls on July 20 this year so many confection parlors will get in the spirit with different FREEBIE promotions.

You will start to see back-to-school supplies hitting the shelves. Our schools have been out just a few days, so we don’t return until September, but other states go back earlier so the deals are on! Stock up on pencils, crayons, folders, and notebooks this month. Supermarkets will have very good prices on these, so grab them when on sale. Don’t dilly dally or you’ll be sorry!

Combine your coupons, if you are lucky enough to find them, with sales on soda, bottled water, chips, and charcoal. In the produce department fresh corn, tomatoes, and watermelon, pears, beans, blueberries, cucumbers, eggplant, figs, garlic, grapes, nectarines, onions, oranges, peaches, peppers, plums, potatoes, and squash will be on sale.
