Recently, I was having difficulty sewing a button on my husband’s jeans. The fabric was so thick I was afraid I would either break the needle or my fingertip! I discovered an easy way to help this project along. Dip the needle into some dish liquid. Re-dip as needed. The Dish soap gave just the right lubrication to get the needle in and out safely.
