Tip of the Day: BBQ Grills are Non-Stick with a Potato

If you don’t have any non-stick spray for your barbeque grill try slicing a potato in half then run the flesh on a hot grill. Use a long grill fork so you don’t burn your fingers. The potato’s starch creates a slippery surface so your food won’t stick!
