If you have run out of your anti-bacterial wash, you can substitute apple cider vinegar. The acetic acid it contains has strong antimicrobial properties that can heal quickly. To use, dilute 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar (will work too) in 4 cups of distilled water to use on scrapes and cuts twice a day.
