Tip of the Day: Fill Flour Canister Without Mess

If you have ever tried to fill a canister or other receptacle with flour you know it spills and dust goes all over the counter. Skip this mess by cutting a 2″ slit on the bag’s side about 2″ from the top. Holding the bag over the canister pull the slit open so the flour flows freely into it, No more mess to clean up!
