Tip of the Day: Get a Greener Lawn with Tea Bags!

A week before you seed those bare spots on your lawn, place some wet tea bags in them! As they decompose, the tannic acid and nutrients in the tea will sink into the soil thus making your grass grow faster! (Just remember to take the tags off!!) For large patches, sprinkle with powdered ice tea mix, then lightly water so it sinks in.
