Tip of the Day: Longer Lasting Cheese
If you find the cheese you had leftover from your charcuterie board spoiled before you could enjoy it again it may be because it wasn’t wrapped properly. To have cheese that can last up to a month, double wrap it! First in wax paper and then in aluminum foil. The paper will wick away the mold-causing moisture while the foil keeps the cheese from drying out.
