Tip of the Day: Non-Sticky Garlic Clove Chopping
If you chop garlic cloves you know how annoying it is when they stick to the knife and hamper your speedy chopping. It’s time consuming to keep wiping off the knife blade. Try this, roughly chop the garlic, then before stating to mince, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. The sticky juices will be absorbed by the grains of salt so you can chop easily. This pinch of salt won’t leave an overly salty flavor.
