Tip of the Day: Easily Rinse Canned Beans

If rinsed canned beans are part of your recipe, hold off on the colander and simply punch a few holes in the bottom and top lids of the can. Hold under the running water of the faucet until the water runs clear. Now, open one of the lids with a can opener and pour. You are good to cook!
