Painting cabinets and furniture can be tricky. No matter how careful you are, paint can get on knobs and handles. Rather than scrape or use paint stripper, try soaking them overnight in a slow cooker! Remove the soiled ones, place in the Crock Pot, cover with water, and add a few drops of dish liquid. Set your appliance to LOW and leave overnight. The heat and soapy water will have weakened the paint so it washes right off.
