Tip of the Day: Seed a Pomegranate Easily
You love the taste of pomegranate seeds in salads, foods, or as a snack. The problem is to get to these juicy delights from the fibrous flesh is a messy chore. To remove them try submerging the halved fruit in a bowl of water. Now scrape out the center with a spoon. The seeds will sink to the bottom and the white pith will float to the top so you can easily fish the seeds out.
