Tip of the Day: Mess-Free Cake Frosting
The next time you are frosting a cake, drop tablespoon-sized dollops about 2″ apart on the top of the cake. Now, gently spread these one dollop to the next until you cover the cake. Since you are spreading frosting to frosting you won’t pull up the cake and cause crumbs. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to frost the sides. Yum!
