If your cell phone is out of storage it may be due to your text threads hoarding your photos! To fix on an iPhone: open a text, tap the contact name, scroll to photos, tap edit on the top right corner then click select photos. Tap on images you don’t need and delete them. On an Android: open a text, tap the contact name or 3 dots, choose Media, multi-select photos, then delete.
