Tip of the Day: Clean Pots & Pans with Grapefruit

The next time you enjoy a breakfast grapefruit save the rind! You can use it to scrub pots and pans if you sprinkle the inside of the skin with coarse salt. This will cut through grease and the citric acid will loosen any baked on gunk too.
