A great way for easy clean up is to spray pots and pans with a non-stick aerosol cooking spray. The problem is the overspray can leave your countertop with an oily film. The next time you coat your pan, open the dishwasher door so it’s flat, hold the pan over the door, then spray. Any residue that gets on the door will be washed away when you use your dish washer!
