Parking outdoors always leaves the problem of frozen car doors. Frozen car doors happen when moisture gets into the seals and then temps drop. To get your door open, press gently on the door near the edges to break the ice bond. Next, apply rubbing alcohol around the door seal. This will lower the freezing point so the ice will loosen quickly. When the door starts to give, pull slowly to avoid any damage. In the future, when you hear a cold snap is coming, rub a light coating of Vaseline or cooking oil along the door seal. This creates a moisture barrier.
