Tip of the Day: Chill a Wine Bottle in Half an Hour
If you’re running late and forgot to chill the wine before your guests arrive, don’t fret! Wrap the bottle(s) in a wet kitchen towel. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. The wine’s temperature will drop and be just right for sipping! (Set a timer so it doesn’t freeze too long and crack the bottle!)
